Everything that our Essential Plan includes, yet with (1) extra weekly training session, each week, for those clients who seek extra accountability and guidance. This level includes a Fitness and Goal Assessment, optional Nutrition Session, 9 Personal training Sessions, 3 Progress Check Ups, and 1 year online nutrition and exercise program, complete with your exercise instruction videos, training calendar and progress assessments. 1 session per week, during the 8 weeks, after the initial ‘Essential’ setup - recommended for new clients.
