An Online or Traditional Customized Fitness Plan That Helps You Achieve Your Goals

Having personally worked with over 300 clients during the last 20 years, Derek Heintz, owner of Edge Fitness, realized the growing need to go beyond a typical personal training or group workout session. He developed a comprehensive fitness program that would deliver results while being customized to fit into a client’s busy lifestyle, at any age. The 8 Week EDGE™ program is a fantastic ’kick start‘ for someone who wants to get their health and fitness back in order or an awesome accelerator for someone who has plateaued and wants to see results again.

During the first 2 weeks our team of experienced trainers will design a complete and balanced fitness program for you. Each customized 8 Week EDGE™ program includes an online workout and flexibility plan, nutrition and menu system (optional), scheduled progress checkups, and motivational personal training sessions. You will personally track your success on your computer, EDGE Trainerize phone app, or in a traditional exercise journal - if you prefer. Programs can be designed to be used at our location, the gym of your choice, outdoors or the comfort of your own home.

3 Plan Options

Essential

Our team will assess, design and educate you on your new personalized training program. This level includes a Fitness and Goal Assessment, optional Nutrition Session, 3 Personal Training Sessions, 3 Progress Checkups during your 8 weeks, and 1 year online nutrition and exercise program, complete with your exercise instruction videos, training calendar and progress assessments. This program is great for all levels, but works best with intermediate to advanced exercise enthusiasts.

 

Accelerated

Everything that our Essential Plan includes, yet with (1) extra weekly training session, each week, for those clients who seek extra accountability and guidance. This level includes a Fitness and Goal Assessment, optional Nutrition Session, 9 Personal training Sessions, 3 Progress Check Ups, and 1 year online nutrition and exercise program, complete with your exercise instruction videos, training calendar and progress assessments. 1 session per week, during the 8 weeks, after the initial ‘Essential’ setup - recommended for new clients.

 

Optimal

Everything that our Essential Plan includes, yet with (3) extra weekly training sessions, each week. This option best suits you if you want one-on-one training almost every time you workout. This plan is the most effective way to maximize results. It includes our Fitness and Goal Assessment, optional Nutrition Session, 21 Personal Training Sessions, 3 Progress Check Ups, and 1 year online nutrition and exercise program, complete with your exercise instruction videos, training calendar and progress assessments. 3 sessions per week, during the 8 weeks, after the initial ‘Essential’ setup - for all levels.
