Most days will include a healthy recipe from MyFitnessPal (the nutrition app we recommend), the Daily Stretch/Massage, the Daily Exercise, and other motivational and wellness articles.

Each day I will send a new recipe from many of the great resources out there. I really like Home Chef, because their recipes are simple, healthy and you can either get the ingredients on your own or order their service. The service sends out perfectly proportioned components that are ready for easy prep and cooking.
When we are less active we want to increase the proteins, healthy fats, and vegetables in our diet, while reducing carbohydrates like starch and fruit. These carbohydrates can be good foods, but they are really best for very active lifestyles.
