Arthritis is a natural progression in life. Fun statement, huh? Some of us will experience osteoarthritis at higher levels, while others may have little to no symptoms of the condition throughout the years. Some factors that have an impact on this are age, gender, genetics, diet, exercise (both too little exercise and movement, as well as overuse and repetitive movement patterns within a single joint), past joint injury, and body weight (obesity).
